CRM System Implementation Lead
Location: North East Lincolnshire (Hybrid – 2 days office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £16.10 per hour
Contract: Temporary (10 November 2025 – 8 May 2026)
Hours: 30 hours per week – 4 days
We are seeking a CRM System Implementation Lead to deliver the Economy & Funding Team’s new CRM system. You will manage the project from initiation to handover, liaising between ICT teams, managers, and end users to ensure the system meets organisational and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation in line with project governance, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and progress reports.
- Gather, analyse, and document system requirements with service users.
- Coordinate configuration, testing, quality assurance, and change control.
- Deliver training, guidance, and support adoption of the CRM system.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications throughout the project.
- Support smooth transition to business-as-usual operations and post-implementation review.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, data quality, and service efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and system training.
- Knowledge of data protection, confidentiality, and information security.
- Advanced ICT knowledge, including database structures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Degree-level education or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Flexible and collaborative approach to work.
