Position: Customer Support Administrator
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £12.94 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (including Bank Holidays)

The Role
The Customer Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations through accurate stock administration and high-quality customer service. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth warehouse and order processes.
This position is offered on a 12-week temporary basis, with the possibility of permanent opportunities after the 12-week period.
Key Duties
- Carry out stock administration tasks, ensuring accurate records within in-house warehouse management systems.
- Process inbound and outbound orders efficiently and accurately.
- Provide professional customer support, responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Verify, record, and file Proof of Delivery documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Support the wider operations team with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, stock administration, or operations administration is desirable, although full training will be provided.
- Positive and flexible attitude with the ability to work well in a small team.
- Basic computer skills, ideally with experience using Windows-based systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
