Team Leader
Location: Keelby, North East Lincolnshire
Salary: £14.00 per hour (equivalent to approximately £29,120 per year, based on 40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent – 12 weeks temp period
Shift: Monday to Thursday 40 hours per week - 14:30pm - 01:30am
Our client is a seed manufacturing company operating out of a modern, recently refurbished, state-of-the-art facility near the countryside town of Keelby.
They are seeking a motivated and organised Team Leader to lead a production line in their fast-paced manufacturing operations. You will oversee a small team, ensuring that production targets, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently achieved.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills and a hands-on approach who enjoys working in a clean, modern environment surrounded by beautiful countryside.
What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the day-to-day running of a production line

Leading and motivating a team of 3–7 employees to achieve performance and quality targets

Ensures all team members follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Monitoring product quality and maintaining accurate production and traceability records

Communicate goals, safety practices, and performance updates to the team

Keep the work area clean, safe, and compliant with company standards

Support the training and development of team members

Recording production data in ERP systems or paper-based logs

Assisting with problem-solving and supporting management when required

Providing flexibility to assist in other areas of production when needed
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a production or FMCG environment (preferred but not essential)

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small team

Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills

Awareness of health and safety standards in a production setting

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment

A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
